hi guys and gals.

ive been using pinnacle for the past 5 years and am now upto pinnacle 12. i also sometimes use windows dvd maker which does the basics but is still very good.

the problem im having is when i try to upload them to photobucket the max allowed using the pro account is 100mb or 10 minutes. thing is 10 minutes of dv quality is normaly way over 1gb so im stuck.
ive been uploading some official video for my hospital today and cant even get 3 minutes worth under 100mb
im now doing it on medium screen size and using mpeg1 instead of a avi file.

any ideas of other editing software or better hosts for uploading much larger files.
ta much very ;)

Hi DJ, I use Windows Live Skydrive (skydrive.live.com) for smaller files. I think its pretty cool. 25Gig of storage space but you can only upload 50 mb files. Hopefully they will change that in the future. For bigger files I use Sendthisfile http://www.sendthisfile.com
As for editing software I can't help you there mate. Not enough skill/experience on that topic I am afraid.

thanks for that info iemie.
ive checked out the sites but sadly no good for me as i need to be able to upload video files of well over 100mb each.
on my photobucket pro account there is no limit to the number of files/pictures/videos ive uploaded but they cant be more than 10 minutes or 100mb in size. ive had the account over 5 years now and ive uploaded way over 1tb (yes terabyte) for all the various forums i have.
thanks once again.

just a bit
thanks ciushk. ive had a google account for ages but i thought their video upload was like you tube and limited to small files.

You can also upload videos of your own for free, and without any restrictions on size or length. There are no access, setup, or other fees to use Google Video. this is just what i need.
thanks for the advice.:D
