View Full Version : I just bought a cushtop
Seems to get high reviews and I bought it for £12 plus postage. Seems a fun product that might just save my nads. Untold generations may well praise this cushion.

Kobalt Computers Ltd wil not be held responsible for damaging the gene pool of it's Comanche owners:eek:
Maybe we should add a review section to the forum for purchases made by owners to compliment their Kobalt product...??

what about members who brought their laptop from somewhere else, would they still be able to give reviews?
Where's my cushtop!!! Easylaptop shop I'm gunning for YOOOOOUUUU!
Aw what the heck I'll give them another day.
It arrived after I phoned them...:(
Surprisingly its ace. I have my Commanche on my knee now for the first time and its great. It's stable if a little ugly (it has a fabric cover that reminds me of old stretch sofa material and its colour scheme is out of Ikea - bleh). It supposedly has a space inside for the power supply and cables - hahaha. I can just about fit a dime bar in there.
Good purchase - very pleased.
I just got an email from Easylaptop shop asking me to regrade my Amazon feedback so that they don't have to make anyone redundant (following a 6 week period of allegedly staff based problems leading to a number of low feedback scores and Amazon about to remove their trading state). I'm not certain how ethical it is for me to take back a fair assessment based upon and unsubtantiated, manipulative, begging letter (not my fault if they have to lose staff) but I don't want to be an g!t at the same time. Do you think I should regrade and potentially help save someones job or would that just make a mockery of the whole system?

That's just about the strangest thing I've ever heard from someone who has bought something from Amazon!
So they're asking you to give them better feedback because their staff have abused the Amazon feedback system? Humm.. sounds like they just want to increase their score. I personally wouldn't bother, especially if they were actually slow!

Apparently they have been hit by dishonest delivery staff and a customer facing operative who didn't give out correct customer info.
I'd would always worry when a company voluntarily discloses its dirty linen as that isn't very professional - the shop front needs to be as unruffled as possible imo no matter how panicky it gets behind scenes. Just a weird desparate email. I won't post it as that would be nasty but strange nevertheless. I'll keep an eye on that company now to see how they do - mind you they mentioned having a sales stock turnover of 5000+ items a month - would have thought you couldn't get rid of any of your 5 staff on those volumes!
Just thought I'd post again on this.
If you plan to use your laptop on your knee get this product!! I cannot tell you how much I use it. It is truly a great boon to laptop work. Really great.
wait having a laptop on you lap can kill your nads WTF is that true???
