"UK high-spec PC designer looks to give gamers keys to the sweet shop"

""Kobalt may not be one of the more establish names in games PCs, but if its current crop is anything to go by, it shouldn't be long before an impact of some note is made. Offering some cheap prices and decent quality components, the UK -based supplier may well find itself among the big buys before long. The Apache V setup represents a combination of a superb-looking case and impressive on-paper-stats"

"With the profressional nature with which the PC was constructed, the same should reflect onto the performance of the innnards. For such a high-spec setup the Apache V does run extremely quiet and it isn't purely down to in-case acoustics or the Enermax power unit. Care has clearly been taken in construction to ensure elements aren't running hot enough to cause a cacophony of noise, meaning only the odd beep and hum is noticeable"

Verdict:
Performance 8/10
Design 9/10
Features 8/10
Value 9/10

Overall 9/10
