RAM will automatically be upgraded to 1333MHz when a 980X CPU is selected - i7 930 and 960 only support 1066MHz RAM in the chassis.
For RAID 0 & 1 please select two or more drives. RAID 5 requires 3 HDDs.
A 64 bit OS is recommended for 4GB RAM and essential for 6GB and 8GB.
